We could really use some slave labor right now putting in our yard! My 6 and 4 olds really aren’t much help with that yet.

Haha, thanks for the laugh! It’s so great when kids can join forces to work on a project together. Your garden looks fantastic, I hope my tiny tomato & pea garden comes out half as nice!
LOL, I was jus telling my mom the other day how great it is that my oldest boys are such big helpers when I plant flowers! Your kids are wonderful Tammy! And your garden looks soooo good!!!!

I’ve been admiring your gardens. I assume you used cinderblocks for the sides, but can you tell me what type/size stone you used for the top?
LOL!

Heh! You and me, too!
I cannot WAIT until mine are old enough to earn their keep.
Also, your garden is awesome and I am completely jealous. Hope it’s a fruitful year for you all!

Jess, yup we have cinderblocks for the outline of our garden. The tops are actually cinderblock too. Cinderblock pavers.
We got everything as seconds at a place that makes and sells cinderblock. It was pretty inexpensive to do and I absolutely love how it turned out!
