Inspiration for the week ahead. I’m a lover of positive quotes. I enjoy finding a new one each week and kind of using it as my ‘theme.’  It helps to keep me focused. It helps to keep me uplifted. It helps to get me through the week.
When my kids were little we’d pick a scripture to memorize and then implement that scripture into our daily lives.
These quotes are kind of like that. Â A bit of a supplement to the scriptures I’m reading.
Anyone have a favorite quote they would like to share?

I had this Nietzsche quote translated into Gaelic and tattooed on my shoulder:
“What does not kill me, makes me stronger.”

I love this idea.. many times I hear a quote that really suits me but since my memory is terrible I often forget it fast. I love that you write yours here. I should do something similar, like on a board or something.

What a great idea to have a theme of the week! It would also be nice to go back and reflect and see how the quotes have changed how you handled certain situations that come up during the week.

I love that quote! There’s so many wonderful quotes out there I don’t think I could choose a favorite. But what a great idea about making it a theme for the week.

This is a beautiful quote. Lately I’ve been reminding myself: “If you can’t change the stressor, change your reaction.”
