Don’t forget to enter our Rosie Hippo contest! We are giving away an adorable organic Polar Bear valued at $50.00!
We have a tradition in our family of Reed giving each of our children a back to school Father’s blessing the Sunday before school starts.
It’s a wonderful tradition where our children can hear promises and challenges delivered by Reed via the Spirit and our Father in Heaven.
Each child looks forward to this blessing given by their father.
This year, after Kensley received her blessing, we were getting ready to put our blessing chair away.
Except Parker had other plans.
He walked up to the blessing chair, climbed up onto it all by himself, folded his arms and prepared himself for HIS back to school blessing from Reed.
There wasn’t a dry eye in the house as Parker’s Dad blessed Parker with the health and strength to focus and learn during his first pre-school year of homeschool.
Another step closer to being just another typical Hodson kid.
Singing up under Parker for Swagbucks helps our family earn gift certificates towards items our Brave Hero needs! Like Vet Wrap and COHERE.
Love it!
I love that…. everybody needs a Father’s blessing! Even those who learn at home!
What an awesome story! May God bless Parker (and siblings) with health and eagerness to learn this year!
