August

August at our house is pretty traditional.

Brown Eyed Susans in their glory.

Peaches making their way to the dehydrator and freezer.

Frozen Blackberries.

The usual squash take over…..

And a beautiful little boy coming back from being so very sick.

With chubby cheeks and enough smiles to share with all.

Did I mention that yesterday our Hero weighed in at an Incredible Hulk weight of almost FORTY pounds. Personally I’m surprised you couldn’t hear me whooping for joy all the way from Riverton.

I wanted to share with you my all time favorite quote. It’s one of the reasons that believe is our family motto:
